The Stillness of Elegance marks Addy’s first institutional solo exhibition in the U.S. and includes works that exemplify his dynamic exploration of personal intimacy, creative connection, and world-building across his catalog. Underscoring visibility for underrepresented communities, Addy heightens visual storytelling in captivating images that broaden the lexicon of fashion photography beyond the celebrity that audiences may typically associate with the industry.

I ❤ Campbell

Solo, 180 Studios, London, 2023

180 Studios presents the first exhibition by acclaimed fashion photographer Campbell Addy, the first solo show in the artist's eight-year career. Featuring a newly conceived set of iconic images and a short film shot on location in Ghana, I ❤ Campbell is a personal meditation on the artist's roots and inspirations.

Consisting of 36 original pieces, this new exhibition charts his journey up to this new vantage point he has gained. Featuring a selection of works ranging from photography, paintings, a new film and spatial design curated by renowned Set Designer Ibby Njoya, the exhibition intends to be an immersive experience. Designed by instrumentalist and producer CKTRL, a soundscapeaccompanies all participants through the exhibition with results he describes as a “world within love, grounded by nature.”
